The porch connects with a deer trail down to the private shoreline. We have two cabins on a 1/3 acre lakefront parcel. About you: We are looking for ONE person (no exceptions) with good credit, work, and rental references. No smoking. We are on a septic system and need to be gentle on the system, so only one tenant. Durango is a 30-minute drive in the summer, and extra time must be accounted for commuting to work with snow. The 501 (the major road) is plowed, but the clearing of the dirt road is maintained by people in the neighborhood (including you). All-wheel or four-wheel is required, and snow tires may be helpful.
