We collect a $2500 refundable security deposit. We collect a utility reimbursement of $500/month (pays for electric, natural gas, cable TV/internet, water/sewer/garbage collection). All expenses are identified in the rental agreement. We collect all monies when the rental agreement is completed. We provide every-other-week "in residence" housekeeping and snow removal as included with the rent. Tenant is responsible for the departure cleaning with that work billed at $40/man hour and that cost can be deducted from the security deposit before refunding. The property is strictly non-smoking. A pet can be considered, but is not guaranteed.
