    WE NEED A QUICK SALE FOR OUR EQUITY $7,000.00 Beautiful 40 acres, flats amongst steep areas, it's only 2 miles from Lewiston, Trinity County, but the 1/4 mile follows the old easement, with steep spots only accessible by a four-wheel drive. ACCESS: In 2017 we improved some of the trails, reconnecting the old easement, also the Carr fire came partially into it, fire breaks were built, and PGE also added a second set of access trails. TODAY, it's four-wheel-drive access only (steep off Deadwood). The internal road is also more like a Jeep Trail. It was an old 1960s four-way split, the easement rights reserved in deeds, but the road was not built. The parcel was abandoned. We had hoped to buy the 4 adjoining parcels, and build one good road, but we had a change in business plans. We quit paying the mortgage and taxes: Payment plans are available to work out both: $23,000 mortgage and $8000 taxes. We have the old title insurance policy, the previous owner carried the paper (the mortgage), he had also given up on the property being elder and absentee and couldn't get to it since the sixties, we lost contact with him about 5 years ago.
