A small part of the pipeline is on the north end of the property. Great hunting with trails to the National Forest, 3 blinds, and grouse, bear, turkeys, and deer have been spotted and shot on the property. Close to snowmobile and ATV trails( approx 1/2 mile. Approximately 7 miles to DNR boat launch on Big Bay de Noc for walleye, bass, northern, and perch fishing or pleasure cruising and about 55 miles to Lake Superior. Added extra is the 1968 Mt Vernon 12x60 2-bedroom 1-bath mobile home serial number 0555123553. There is no electricity currently, but it is about 1/2 mile away; the Honda 2000 generator, which runs everything in the mobile home, will remain. The property has no well, but owners have hooked up a water system that drains into the septic system. The shower is equipped with an OnDemand water heater. If you want to rough it there is an outhouse with a holding tank. The mobile home is heated by two propane wall heaters and wood wood-burning stove. Also, propane runs the refrigerator and stove. Currently, propane supply is 100 lb Cylinders, and at least one will remain. Everything in the mobile home will remain except for the 4 kitchen chairs. Drone video is available upon request.
