Property has a decent sized backyard. The house has nice views of the mountains as well as mountain views on renters side of the house. Lots of storage in the house and the detached garage is also used for any extra storage which is a huge storage shed instead, and the renter would get half of this storage shed. Two driveways so plenty of parking options. The only shared space in the house is the entryway and the renters side is on the right of the entry and owner is on the left. Curtains are hung to create privacy. The square footage listed is only a estimate I am not a math wiz. All utilities are included in the monthly rent. The lease will start out month to month, and if we are good fit then we could change that later but month to month to start out is best. Renters insurance proof must be provided regularly upon request. Absolutely no smoking inside the house or outside on the property. A considerate renter is preferred that is quiet and respectful to other person on opposite side of house. The owner will also be considerate and respectful as well. Communication about the noise levels and times is best via text to respect other peoples privacy since we have our separate living areas. There are two driveways so off street parking is available.
