Started rehab in 2018 when basement was made full, dug 18" deeper and had new walls laid and floor poured, new septic (2019) , and built a 40 x 64 pole barn(2018) , new hot water tank(2018), installed wood burning furnace and new HVAC system (2022). INVISIBLE dog fence around all 10 acres (2019) .. Pole barn is only gravel and I will put the doors up. There is 100ft of footer poured around the back and side of the house ready for a retaining wall. Custom nice cabinets but cheap countertops. Bathroom needs gutted and redone but rest of house has fresh paint. Needs new roof. Basement was french drained to a sump when redone and basement walls were painted with drylock so basement is ready to finish if u wish. Just selling to go buy more land...
