You will not believe that this home was born in 1994 in a factory in Alabama. She was very fortunate to get to move to 12 beautiful acres in Tennessee in 1995. Go Vols! Later she grew to double in size with an addition that would make most single wide's jealous. She even had her tongue and wheels removed. In 2009 she received a major face lift including bathrooms, doors, custom built cherry cabinets, all new drywall and trim. Because her owners loved her so much they gave her another expensive face lift in 2016 including a new roof, all new siding, shutters and gutters to ensure that she would remain beautiful for years to come.
