Has 2 separate water lines with separate meters and two separate septic systems.The long driveway has recently had fresh gravel put down. The home on the property is occupied currently. It is a modified manufactured home that is detitled and made into a permanent structure. It was originally a 14 x 70 foot single wide and the owner added another 14 x 70 feet onto the back.
