Barnstable Village cottage on conservation land available for a year round lease. The cottage is on our property but separate from the main house. We are looking for a quiet, professional, single person to rent this space. Due to zoning restrictions, this apartment is available to a single occupant only. The 900 square foot cottage has one bedroom plus a bonus area that can be used as an office space. The cottage is partially furnished, but the furnishings can be removed, if requested. There is a small outdoor patio that looks out on conservation land. It is a quiet, peaceful cottage with lots of wildlife and birds. We value our privacy and we are looking for a tenant who does, as well. This is a 12-month lease. The cottage is available now, but the move in date is flexible. The rent is $2500 and that includes all utilities (gas, electric, water, trash). There is a washer/dryer in the cottage. Tenant is responsible for wifi/cable. Tenant must provide proof of renter's insurance. No smoking, no pets. If approved, there will be a background check to be paid by the tenant. First month, last month, and security deposit required to move in.
