No stairs, good location. WHAT I hate! BEWARE! Repairs needed before the sale took over 4 years took just a few days! Law suit in regards to mandatory payments ON LINE! Could pay 5 difference ways, none acceptable! Was informed after the sale was final! A creation by HOA has resulted in over a $25K law suit. I had no problem paying my fees! The problem was with the payment method! Was charged $30.00 late fees, attorney fees, attorney associate fees, etc! They put a lien on paid for condo. All because of NO business/banking online! THEY knew it, they then, at the return of first HOA payment, cashiers check was informed payments accepted ONLINE ONLY! NO other way accepted. There is proof! She is anti internet! Anti banking ONLINE! To avoid $15.00 processing fees, and against her will the Credit Union is making the payments! $15.00 processing fees of which was ruled in court to be unconscionable!! What’s unconscionable is mandatory payments online and NOT a clue of the method before the purchase and being sued over it! Using outdated forms at that and leaving NO Exemptions dollars. Legally $2,500. is exempt. To eliminate $15.00 processing fees, and against her will, payments are via the C.U. The account was drained, the phone bill bounced and no money to get $25 medication! All because of never late HOA fees, just NOT online! Cashiers Checks were held, not applied, not returned, 7 returned at once with added on $30 late fees for each, believing they were being applied! C. Checks were good enough to steal the numbers off to drain my account! The fact that on those C. Checks was stated "void after 90 days" meant nothing, the credit union complied to outdated forms leaving NO exemption dollars! The owner never in life had one late fee! Has never been exposed to such nonsense! All "created" unnecessarily! C. checks with $15 processing fees, as it is now! $325 NO amenities, a realtor said $100 is to much! Please buy this condo!!
