No pets are allowed due to bad experience from before. All utilities, gas, water and electricity are tenant responsibility. No pets. First, last and $400 security deposit. 3 months worth of pay stubs, and a good credit is needed. If all papers are in order, i am willing to make the rent $1750 for the right tenants.
