Bedrooms are small (both can fit a queen, though one room can fit a king), but dining / living room is large. Private entrance. We are offering it unfurnished (but we can furnish with brand new: one queen bed, one full sized bed, living room set (optionally with pull-out bed), and dining room set). We can also update with pictures of it furnished :) garden can be fixed up ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD 5 minute walk from three hot restaurant/shopping areas (Main Street, Jewel Avenue, and Union Turnpike), close to several houses of worship, and a short walk from Queens College and St. Johns University. 2 minute walk from several main bus lines that connect to the subway. ABOUT YOU great credit, proof of income, two roommates only (and up to 1-2 kids), no pets, and good human beings :) we will be checking references including speaking to prior landlords, and will check credit and pay stubs.
