It is located in Hilly between Ruston and Dubach, La. It has 1 acre of land that must be kept mowed regularly. Background and credit checks are required and paid for by the potential tenant. The deposit and first month rent is due upon acceptance and signing of lease. One must have an email address, a payment method that can be used online and access to computer to complete application process. I prefer no pets, but will make an allowance of one small pet that is house trained and there will be a $100 non-refundable fee for this. The monthly rent will be deposited at a local Regions Bank into my account. This information will be provided at lease signing. There is no opt out options on the lease of one year.
