Mobile home in 55 and older park. Small park 4 homes on our street and 4 on the street in front plus an RV. The other part of the park is across the main street where you have use of the lake and the dock and fire pit Lot rent this yr. Is 350 a month and is paid thru Sept. Lot rent next yr. Is 380 a month. If paid for by the yr. You get a discount. Lot rent includes water sewer trash. You mow and keep it trimmed up. Has a large lanai. Home is 14 x68 1983. It is a 2b 2ba. Furnished. Lania is 14 x 38. Pets are allowed. And have to.be approved by owner of park. Usually over the phone great guy..2 sheds 1 is for working in and the other has washer and dryer in it.. Water heater has been moved outside in its own shed. Home has all new pex plumbing in it.. Appliances all stay and work great. Stove, Refrigerator and dishwasher and microwave and toaster. Washer and dryer stay. Dishes and glasses and some pans. Silverware. Floors are solid. A.c. is 5 yrs old and we had it checked out and runs great. Both bedrooms have Queen bedsin them. The Master is huge and has a Sleep number bed I cant take it with me. Master bath has a nice shower and a linen closet as well. Master bedroom has a huge closet with drawers. built in. Ceiling fan works great. Home has a carport in front and a nice sitting area outside. We bought home as our finally home. The company I work for was transfering me to south fl from Ocala area. I didnt feel like driving 5 to 6 hrs a day so we was.moving. So after we got home all cleaned out and sheds cleaned up and some of our stuff moved here Got our other home sold, we got a call my husbands mom is not doing well and needs someone to help take care of her. So we found a place in W.V. That we could afford. But we havent sold this home yet. Only asking for what we put into the home. We had the big tree by the back door cut way back. Cleaned out the gutters and probably bagged up 40 bags of leaves. The older guy we bought from hadnt been there in about 5 months. We pressure cleaned the home. Had a guy come over and mowed and weedeated it. Sheds were cleaned. Roof was checked no problems. We put a new light at the side door. New door locks keyed alike on.the home. Cleaned the home up good and cleaned the lanai as well.cept for the windows. I havent had a chance to clean. Has nice roller curtains on most of the windows. All the furniture in pics stay cept the large tv in living room unless you would like to buy it for $400.. if not we are taking it. Home is close to Sebring and Avon Park on hwy 27 going north you have Lake Wales and Haines city. Legoland is 30 minutes away. Drs and hospitals just before Sebring Orlando is about and hour to 1.5 hours away. The beaches are 1.5 hours away either way. Avon park has a small lake and a beach..I have had this for sale for about 2 to 3 weeks on Marketplace. Lots of tire kickers. If we dont have this sold by June 8th we will have to list it with a realtor. Then of course the price will go up about 3000 and you have to pay all the extra closing cost that you dont have with a for sale by owner. Possible Owner financing with good deposit and good credit.
