Two steps down one enters a spacious rec room with newly installed carpet, which can shut off from the kitchen and has a wall of glass with windows and sliding glass doors to the lake. There are two ceiling fans as well as two sofas, leather chair and ottoman, small dining table w/ 2 leaves and extra refrigerator. Relax as the evening sun pours into all the windows and sliding glass doors and one can see the panoramic view of the lake. There are 3 TV's with cable, telephone land line and high speed wi-fi internet throughout. Home is supplied with sheets, blankets, towels, dishes, pots, pans, baking utensils, blender, toaster, microwave, Weber grill, plus gas grill and a full sized washer and dryer and more. All you need to do is bring your toothbrush! :) Located on NE corner of lake in a wide cove on quiet paved road ideal for serene early morning or evening walks, bike rides and jogs. Home has Central A/C, newer furnace, siding, roof, well, septic system, 2 sets of sliding glass doors out to lake, lots of windows and pride of ownership. Work bench and ping pong table in carpeted double garage and basketball hoop that adjusts to 2 heights on new cement driveway and walk ways.
