Good for quiet get-away or place to stay while house hunting or in transition between residences. Available Sept to November, month to month. Cabin is fully stocked with linens, towels, dishes, utensils, cookware, washer (no dryer), lots of comfy blankets, etc. T.V. reception is NOT good; no cable up there. $600 per month or $300 per week for less than a month. Month to month, Short term only: This is my family's cabin for retreats, so no long term lease is offered. Expect it to be comfortable but not immaculate like a hotel. Nearby attractions include the Maryland Scenic Railroad, PawPaw Tunnell, C&O railroad historic bike trails, Green Ridge State Forest camping, fishing, swimming holes, and Rocky Gap State Park with Lake Habib, golf, picnics, hiking. Deep Creek Lake and its attractions are approximately 45 miles away. The cabin is available 9/7/19. Dogs are welcomed if house trained. Non-refundable pet fee of $100. No smoking in the house, please, no cigarette butts thrown on grounds! $600/month includes first $50 of electricity - tenant pays any extra. Also includes water. Oil heat is responsibility of guest.
