    Hornsby school district. Kitchen appliances included, except refrigerator. Two bedrooms with bathrooms, like two masters. One is the basement with door leading out to side patio with covered deck above.( door picture with the cross leads to the covered deck). The bedroom on the main level has a bedroom sized bathroom and a walk-in closet. Stairs pictured lead to the attic, where there were plans to add a bedroom, but didn’t. The HVAC, water heater, and all appliances are 3 years old. The house comes with one acre and has great potential to finish and be worth almost double what I am asking for it. Very sound house originally built in 2006. All the renovation has taken place over the last three years. This house is a great family home in the making for a fraction of the cost. Something to build up to without breaking you monthly. $80k firm, as is. I will only pay my part of the closing at that price. Call me if you need any more information or if you would like to schedule a visit. As for the $339,000 price in the history, that was the property behind me (without a street address) using my address to try to sell their property. Their land is not included in this offer.
