We have lived here for 38 wonderful years and raised two daughters here. We have enjoyed the rustic feeling of the home and surrounding nature. You will see deer daily, fox, baby birds will nest on the porch if you let them, like wrens & robins. We have hummingbirds that love the red-hot pokers on the side, and finch & blue birds. There are falcons & owls that will hoot off the master bedroom, and you will never tire of the beauty here throughout the seasons. The neighbors are young and lovely. The home is a close drive to the freeway, and all shopping is within 5 minutes, yet setback enough to have a resort feel. We hike daily through the forest with our two dogs all year, and there is a guided path to do so. We hope whoever buys the home will be as happy and thrive as much as we have all these years.
