We are within walking distance of the entirety of central Hampton Beach, including shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The property comes fully furnished and has a single parking spot large enough for a sedan or small SUV. Under no circumstances do we allow pets of any kind or smoking/vaping of any kind. This condo is part of a large complex and we ask tenants to observe quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am. We are happy to provide flexibility in length of lease, but lease would have to end by 5/15.
