Also a huge, shared yard with a garage to park in. Pet considered. There is a kitchen space with a refrigerator, microwave and hotplate and space for kitchen storage. NO FORMAL KITCHEN. Perfect for travelers. Also, you would need all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive to get up and down my driveway in the winter. I have furniture for the space or it can be unfurnished. Heated with heat pump and propane. Electricity is covered by landlord so that heat pump costs are covered by landlord. Use of propane heat is charged to renter. Propane for house and garage is billed separately by Proctor Gas.
