Each road is a dead-end and there is not a lot of traffic through the neighborhood ever. The neighborhood is very quiet and inviting, and a great place to live. There is a park, Luffberry Park, across Cheshire Road but I would not reccomend walking there, since Cheshire Road is a hill and there are no sidewalks - and it is very accessable to the Merit Parkway. The population ranges from people who have lived here since the houses were built, to new young families. The roads are decent in the winter, since Ashlar Village is right up the street and the town makes sure the hill is clear just in case of an emergency.
