Looking for someone to take over my lease starting Aug 1, 2026 (with flexibility for an earlier start if needed). This is a large bedroom in a 3bd/1ba apartment with one other roommate . The third bedroom is used as an office/storage space (or guest room for any of your visitors). The bedroom is very spacious and includes a small attached closet/office area and a large balcony. The kitchen was updated in October 2024 with new appliances, and there is free laundry in the basement. The apartment is dog-friendly. It is on the second floor of a two-unit building, just minutes from the Oak Square YMCA and the 57/501/64 bus lines. Free street parking (no permit required). There's also a shared yard in the back and another balcony on the other side of the unit, so lots of outdoor space. The lease starts 8/1, but there is flexibility to take over the lease earlier within the month of July.

Roommate is in her late 30s and works a typical 8 4 schedule, mostly from home in the spare room. She has a 9yo husky who is quiet and chill she gets along well with other dogs, but sadly, not cat friendly.
