The first floors open concept living area features a well equipped kitchen that flows easily into the dining and living areasThe master bedroom is on the first floor with a queen size bed and sliders that open up to a large deck with sitting areas and distance views of Penobscot Bay. A nice size master bathroom with a large jacuzzi bath/shower is the ideal spot to unwind! There's also a half bath and laundry area off of the kitchen. The second floor with its unique open layout overlooks the first floor. The bedroom and TV/ sitting area on this floor run the full length of the house. There is a full bath on this floor also. The decks are on each end offering views of the Penobscot Bay on one end and the quarry on the other end. PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A SHORT TERM WINTER RENTAL - 1 DOG MAY BE "CONSIDERED" Please note - this is a winter rental November 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026 Renter responsible for utilities, snow plowing & housekeeping.
