This is a 2021 Kropf park model with fully furnished Florida room at Sea Vu South in Wells Maine. This unit sleeps 10-12 comfortably. All the upgrades you could want in this park model..including large hot water tank, double loft, more head room shower, added AC units in Florida room, master bedroom and loft. Central AC. Park fees $9375 plus Maine lodging. This unit is on a lot with woods behind so nice privacy. Dogs allowed at this camp. Cable/wifi and water are included along with all the amenities like 2 pools, hot tubs, playground, dog park, amazing weekly events and more!!!! Also no guest fees which is amazing. This unit comes fully furnished, sheds, fire pit, outdoor chairs and other things can be negotiated. Our life has just changed and we can't get up there like we used to and time for another family to enjoy it and make great memories. It really is a slice of heaven and the way life should be. :) Please note that this campground does have to approve any new owners. It is very easy to do online.
