A babbling brook (creek) across the street. Peaceful neighborhood. Large closet space, and I mean large! Mountain views. Mowing and yard work is done by landlord. No pets, No smoking, all utilities responsible by renter. 1 year lease but would really appreciate a more long term renter. Lease explains late fees etc. Credit and Background checks required. Credit check is ($15) charge to applicant unless that charge has changed recently.
