Wood around the pool had to be removed per city request, pool stay same size just without wood decoration around him. The minimum lease term is three months. The monthly rent is $2,800 with a 12-month lease. For lease terms shorter than 12 months, a higher monthly rate applies. The exact rate depends on the length of your stay. For added convenience, we also offer the option to include utilities (electricity, water, gas, sewer, and trash collection), as well as pool cleaning and yard maintenance, for an additional monthly fee on top of the rent.
