Private subdivision with river rights Neighborhood Description The neighbors are all wonderfully friendly, they watch out for each others homes. We have an annual July 4th neighborhood picnic with fireworks every home gets envolved. Also neighborhood Easteregg hunts, Halloween Parties. Almost everyone owns a golfcart that they ride around to each other homes to visit.
