    360 +/- deeded acres with house, irrigation and flexibility on seller to consider a split of buyers choice. The property is split already with approximately 200 acres on east side of county road as one big pasture with one water meter (not installed) an old hand dug well, a dirt tank that catches runoff and serviced by the house water meter on other side of county road.
