The house has two bedrooms, a loft area, and a full bath on the second level. The main level has living room and kitchen/dining area. There is a separate entrance to a half bathroom at the exterior rear of the house that is used time-to-time by the clients that ride. Because it is a working farm, the owner is on site however respects tenant privacy. Tenants are responsible for providing and mowing the half acre around the house. The house has an oil furnace.
