Hi! I am looking for a female student/your professional to take over my apartment lease from 15th December 2018 (or earlier if needed). It is a one-bedroom apartment, shared with one other girl, Mira, who is staying in the apartment until the very end of the lease contract 06/05/18. The flat is in a perfect locality, literally 3 minutes from the Emory Village (Panera Bread, Rise-n-Dine, Domino's ), and only 8-minutes walk to the Chemistry building. The apartment is full of natural light. It is incredibly spacious, which is why Mira and I decided to be roommates. Mira and I share a spacious bedroom, which fits our two full-sized beds with a plenty of room to spare. We have a large living room free for study time or when we have friends over. There's no partition between the living room and kitchen, which adds on the spaciousness of our flat. There are three built-in closets. The overall monthly rent without energies is $993, which includes pure rent ($925), water & sewer ($55), trash ($10) and pet control ($3); so my portion of the monthly rent is $496.50. The bills for electricity, gas and internet ( of speed up to 150 MBbs) add up to around ~ $80/person/month, fluctuating on monthly bases. The flat is fully equipped (dining table with chairs, study desk, bed with a bright new mattress and fully furnished kitchen), though Mira and I had to buy everything because the flat came initially unfurnished. I would be happy to leave my share of the furniture here for you for a very reasonable price. The last cost to expect is a one-time fee for the official application and associated administration fee in order to exchange my name for yours in the registry of the subletting agency Lullwater Apartments.
