INTERESTED IN A TRADE! Alright, so this place is not in it's best condition, but it's not the worst project you've ever seen. The smaller house on the property is very salvageable! I've been working on it off and on for the past few months that I've been able to. I will be continuing working on it as much as I can. The big house.... That's the big project. The basement floods, but we have a pump down there to pump it out every time I catch water down there. The house itself is.. Well.. Old. A few floorboards need replaced here and there and a few gaps and holes need tending to. There's something going on with the ceiling in the bathroom, I'm not sure, but the inspector allowed us to turn the lights on. It's barely liveable, but we're living in it and fixing things as we go along. A lot of the value of this property is in the lot. It's directly across the street from All Aboard Pre-school and also directly across the street from the road to Hood Park. The previous owner of this place was NOT kind to this place at all. If you look it up on Google Maps, you'll see what I mean. But I have majority of that cleaned up now and I'm working every chance I get to make it even better. :) Willing to negotiate.
