I have been in the home for 3 years which we maintain very clean. All the amenities are included Renters responsible for pay electricity, gas and water and internet bills also maintain the lawn care as per HOA my responsibility is pay HOA renters responsible for any damages which is made inside or outside of the home . Kids have enough play area in the lawn.
