I have a private master bedroom with a private bathroom and walking closet available for move-in on the 14 of March in Fox Hill, Hampton, just a short 12-minute drive from Langley AFB.
The beach is within walking distance, offering a perfect retreat for relaxation and recreation with groceries and stores within a 5 minute drive.
Located on the first floor of the house, this bedroom offers privacy and comfort. It comes fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and access to the kitchen, laundry room for your convenience. The area is known for being nice and quiet, providing a tranquil atmosphere to unwind in after a busy day.
Currently have one military member from the Air Force in her late 20s. She has a rotating schedule, so the house stays very quiet. She is very clean, respectful, and tends to keep to herself, creating a peaceful living environment.
To maintain a safe and respectful living environment for all residents, the following rules apply to all tenants and guests:
1. No Smoking:
Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, vapes, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the property. Tenants may smoke outside only, away from doors and windows.
Violations may result in a $200 cleaning fee and possible termination of tenancy.
2. No Drugs:
The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs (federal or state classified) is not allowed on the premises at any time. This includes marijuana, even if legalized for recreational use in the state, due to federal housing regulations and shared living dynamics. Possession or use is grounds for immediate lease termination.
3. No Parties or Loud Gatherings:
Large gatherings, parties, or excessive noise are not permitted. Respect for other roommates and neighbors is expected at all times, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM 8 AM).
4. Guest Policy:
Overnight guests are allowed as long as they do not exceed 2 nights per week. All guests must abide by house rules. Tenants are responsible for their guests' behavior and any resulting damage.
5. Lease Rate Adjustments (Tax-Related)
Lease charges may increase annually starting each fiscal year (October 1st) due to changes in property taxes or municipal assessments.
These adjustments are based on costs outside the landlord's control. It is usually an estimated increase of $100 but sometimes it doesn't increase at all.
Tenants will be notified in writing at least 30 days in advance if any change occurs.
