Two sets of double doors off the main living space offer you stunning views and welcome you to a large, relaxing and scenic deck that sits directly over the water. Just a few steps of the deck is a fire pit for those perfect summer nights and then you have reached what makes this property your happy place; the lake. Cold Stream is a cold spring fed pond making it have the cleanest and clearest of waters. It is approximately 7 miles long and 1 ½ miles wide with depths of over 120 feet! One of Cold Stream’s best features in our opinion is its 3 beaches! The first is public; called Morgan’s Beach and has a sandy beach, snack-shack, picnic tables, and water toy rentals available. But if private is your calling there are two beaches on the lake that are accessible by boat and offer a long stretch of purely sand making a day at the beach with family a perfect option for fun! To fulfill your fishing hobby, Cold Stream offers fishing for trout, salmon and togue! There really are countless hobbies to enjoy living lakeside including; hiking, swimming, boating, family beach days, watersports, kayaking, ice fishing, snow sledding, cross country skiing, skating, ATV trips and also my favorite; relaxing! The large 32’ shoremaster dock system as seen in images is included in our property listing, providing direct access to the water and place to dock your boat or other water toys if needed. As mentioned before, it is a 4-season property fully winterized with a monitor furnace kerosene heater as well as an incredible propane fireplace that heats camp in minutes for those chilly evenings in the fall and winter.
