No smoking inside the home; no excess trash or noise; no parties; no guests beyond typical,rare, short night/visit-one person; no excess use of electricity etc.; no clutter or hoarding; must keep the unit clean at all times ( and $175 cleaning fee at the end of term ); no safety issues; no interference or conflicts with neighbors; peaceful and friendly conduct only.
