PEACEFUL, quiet and calm. I love this place and you will too. Treehouse is a kids paradise, completely fenced in with sucker rod, wood and very little barbed wire. One corral "goat" safe. Chicken nests in one of the stalls, however, they do not interfere with the ability to have a few horses! 3 stalls are cement floor, one dirt. Lein to for parking (detached garage) and a 30x60 Morton building to the northwest of the house. New metal roof 2019 and fire in 2017 which led to the new Morton building and Lein to. No damage to the home. Lifted the house in 2008 to make a basement which is complete with a legal bedroom. Toy/game room has chalkboard paint and bright colors to say the least. Jet tub in the basement bathroom. Addition to deck after removing swimming pool in 2019. Rural water and sewer hookup for camper to the west of home if needed. Originally that was a corral for barrell racers and the shoot down the north side. This is one of a kind!Hate to leave, but know I will be passing on joy to the next owner!
