80 acres of partially wooded, partially farmed property near the edge of the Hiawatha National Forest. It's Been used as a hunting camp for years. Very Secluded.Peaceful. Rivers and Creeks nearby. Nice hardwoods on wooded side of property. Existing buildings. Not in great shape but there was/is a well there. An Atv or snowmobile is highly recommended to access the last 1/2 mile down Sawyer Rd.(Is a seasonal road). Also Google Earth pic location marker is incorrect. The area with arrow and x is the correct location ( approximate, but not exact)
