Windows are Pella aluminum-clad wood Lifestyle Contemporary series, and the front entry is a custom Western Windows door measuring four feet six inches by nine feet with a soft-close mechanism. The walls have a Level 5 smooth hand-trowel finish. Heating is provided by a Navien hydronic in-floor radiant system on all levels, including the garage and the concrete deck. The property includes more than 3,000 square feet of natural stone and a heated deck with built-in Innova patio heaters and a Blaze infrared BBQ set on a quartz surface. A custom locker room and gear storage area are located off the garage. The lower level is finished with ten-foot ceilings, wood floors, and glass sliders. This home went under contract before completion.
