Resides in south Bothell, this is the most beautiful neighborhood in Bothell/Kirkland area. Our house is in a quiet cul de cac. You're going to enjoy its serenity, colorful scenes around, abandon natural lights through giant windows and skylights. You're going to love the friendly neighbors. It has 4 roomy bedrooms and 1 bonus room, 4 bathrooms with 2 on each floor. Plenty of room for the kids to run and play. The house has been very well taken care of, new windows, fresh exterior paint and brand new water heater. It's a perfectly clean, cozy and safe place to live a life with you beloved family. We had our first baby in this house. The commute to west (Seattle), south (Redmond/Bellevue) and north are equally convenient, we had enjoyed such balanced commute. The rental doesn't cover utilities as a usual practice. Renter's credit must be 700 or higher. I do have security system installed, including FrontPoint alarm with all doors and windows, Ring camera and door bell, all fresh and up to date. I'll leave it to the house if you're willing to pay $60 which just covers the monthly subscription fees for those systems. We didn't have a pet in the house, but small pets are OK with non-refundable pet's deposit. Renter pays utilities (water, sewer, gas, electricity, garbage, etc.).
