This is a log home situated on a dead end road....... I have hook ups set in place for Dish.....and any hook up fees will be paid by the renter...but they are in place. I will pay for insurance and taxes every year. We will, however, share in the expense snow plowing just like utilities, at 50% each. I am a 52 yo retired male Paramedic looking to share a house with a roommate. This is a roommate contract. The agreement is for rent and half of the utilities. You would have your own private bedroom and a private bath. This is for a Non Smoking and clean roommate.
