This rental has most recently been updated. Tile floors throughout the entire apartment. Spacious bedroom large living space with a gas fireplace. Lots of space for extra furniture but this unit comes completely furnished. Bathroom is also tile (even the shower). This unit does not offer a bathtub, only a walk in shower. The unit is on a paved street and very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. We are only 17 miles from downtown Asheville, and 15 miles from beautiful Maggie Valley. In front of the apartment is a stream that is very relaxing. The rental is in the basement of the home we live in. We would expect no loud music or loud noise of any kind. The central air is controlled by the landlord. We will work with you to keep you comfortable. There is a concrete drive down to the entrance with plenty of room for 2 cars. We do not require our tenant to have renter's insurance, but we don't cover the renters contents.
