*Background: No record of violent crimes or felonies in the past 7 years; no evictions, rental judgments, or outstanding balances with previous landlords in the last 5 years.
*Financial: Any bankruptcy must be discharged for at least 3 years.
*Policies: All adults (18+) must apply/be on the lease. Strictly no smoking, vaping, or pets.
*Utilities: Water is included; all other utilities must be placed in the tenant's name.
