BEDROOMS: The home has two bedrooms (one king bedroom and one bedroom with 2 xl twin beds) with hybrid / foam mattresses. KITCHEN: There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook - new ceramic pots and pans, toaster oven, oven, microwave, bowls, strainers, knives - you name it! There is a Keurig coffee maker where you can choose to use coffee grounds or K-cups. OFFICE: For those working remotely, there is a dedicated office with two full size monitors, Bluetooth keyboard and mouse and docking station for you to just plug in and get to work quickly, including high speed WiFi. OUTDOORS: There is a private backyard with firepit and outdoor table and chairs. OTHER: Additionally, we provide a washer/dryer, all beach essentials (towels, chairs, umbrella) and fast WiFi. Two small dogs (max) allowed with pet fee. Furnished yearly or seasonal rental (please contact for seasonal rental rates and terms as they differ from what is posted here).
