***Please read the whole message below before contacting me, thanks*** Home sets on 1.48 acre land lot, this is made up of 1.11 acres for the lot portion plus .37 for the driveway (which is 25 ft in width). Parcel # is 5-34-00-024.06 (more information can be found by using a plat search tool for Spartanburg County, like the accessors website) 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 1980's model doublewide in poor-but-livable condition. When I say livable, I mean livable not pristine. If you want pristine, you'll need to invest 10k - 30k in it (depending on your level of DIY). My mom lived in it up until about half a year ago.
