Pros: Country home with pond and springs nearby. Outbuildings with electric. Cons: Metal Roof may need redone as crap underneath was not removed or decking replaced, flooring needed as well except in kitchen. Foundation needs shoring up but home is safely on pillars. Pros again: Good bones and good location. Very lovely setting. Convenient yet country feel. All utilities functional, furnace, heat/air electric with propane, water from Pleasant Grove Assoc.
