DOG POLICY: We allow 1 house-trained dog, no larger than 55lbs. We charge a pet cleaning fee of $99 and require a pet contract to be signed before your stay. After you book we will send you a confirmation message. Just click on the Experiences link to purchase the dog stay (this must be done before your stay).
NOISE: This is a quiet neighborhood. The county prohibits amplified outside noise. Please keep the music/conversation down during the daytime and evening.
QUIET HOURS: Please head back in the house between 9 PM and 7 AM. All music, TV, and conversations should be kept to a regular conversation level. Quiet Hours are mandated by Sonoma County and breaking this rule is grounds for ending your stay early with no refund.
PARKING: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
SMOKING: NO SMOKING is allowed in this home. This will result in a fine of $200 or more.
OUTDOOR FIRES: No outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed based on county regulations.
WORKING VINEYARD: This property has a working vineyard so there may be workers stopping by to tend to it.
