I looked at other areas but location is the one thing you can not change about a home. It is close to downtown and shops in SouthRidge. Private and secluded, there is one way in and one way out. The roads are well maintained by the city and school busses run throughout the neighborhood. the neighborhood is wooded and provides and natural habitat for wildlife. This home faces a wooded lot that will not be developed and is great for bird and squirrel watching. It is the perfect place to take a leisurely walk or a fast pace run. It is 2/3 of a mile on the "short loop" and 1 mile on the "long loop" with a nice hill to conquor. There is always someone out walking a dog or working in the yard to start up a conversation with. Kids of all ages live here and are together playing, sledding or riding bikes often. No worries in this quiet and safe neighborhood.
