We are located close to the base of the western face of the Santa Catalina Mountain Range. This is a friendly and safe 55+ neighborhood. The Catalina State Park is about 5 miles to the south of our park. Every Wednesday we get together for Donuts & Coffee at 9am to 10am in our Club House. We have a Bashas grocery store a half mile away with other shops and restaurants in the shopping malls and nearby. Public transportation is located at the Bashas center. The library is just across the street. There is the Walmart and Fry's Shopping centers a few miles away. The theater is near Walmart. There is lots to see and do nearby. The Oro Valley Hospital and doctors' offices are also very close to us. We look forward to you visiting our community. We have a month to month rental contract. All prospective tenants must pass a background check cost is $30 per applicant. We are a 55+ community. We also have Rules and Regulations, which every tenant signs and receives a copy. The water is on a well, metered and the cost varies according to how much the tenant uses each month $15. and up. there is a $15.00 maintenance fee and $15.00 trash pick fee, the 2 trash dumpsters are emptied Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
