So far we have one bachelor who lives there who is hardly ever home. We are looking for 2 more people to fill the 2 empty bedrooms so that there will be 3 in the house. Looking for a one-year lease for this room. One room would be $950/month and the other $900/month. No pets. The rent includes utilities. To rent you would need to have decent (not perfect) credit and pass a background check. There is also a refundable damage deposit to pay. We are looking for a 1-year lease but would consider a shorter lease for a higher rent.
