We are the original owners of this lovely Cape Cod style home that we purchased brand new in 1967. At that time there was no yard to speak of; just sand and tumbleweeds. Now it is fully landscaped and hidden from the view of vehicles and/or people passing by. This home has always belonged to us - it has never been sold, as incorrectly stated in the ad.
